Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and continuously enhance entity resilience and OHS frameworks to ensure compliance, preparedness, response, and recovery.
  • •Conduct baseline and job-specific risk assessments for safety, health, and mental health, including contractor and psycho-social risk assessments.
  • •Maintain and improve business continuity, crisis management, global incident management, and emergency response procedures and coordination.
  • •Coordinate protective security measures and serve as a focal point for incident identification, escalation, and coordination.
  • •Steer and monitor outsourcing governance and third-party risk management, ensuring third-party arrangements are assessed, approved, documented, monitored, and reviewed consistently.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in risk, internal control, operations, security, business operations, health & safety, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in protection & resilience and/or occupational health & safety.
  • •Strong knowledge of operational resilience and workplace safety practices.
  • •OHS certification via a local provider is required.
  • •Experience leading the implementation of OHS management systems is preferred.
