Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide fiduciary expertise and administer complex trust and/or agency accounts in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • •Design and deliver sophisticated fiduciary solutions to high net worth clients with complex financial needs.
  • •Review client estate planning and trust documents and advise relationship managers, attorneys, and other partners on recommended changes.
  • •Work with the relationship management team to identify opportunities, deepen relationships, support onboarding, and help meet production goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with fiduciary policies, regulatory and legal requirements, and actively anticipate and mitigate risk on assigned accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with accounting or finance preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of client advisory experience to ultra-affluent business owners, including trust and fiduciary matters or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated fiduciary experience and ability to administer fiduciary/agency accounts.
  • •Experience working with high net worth clients, preferably in a private bank.
  • •Ability to plan own workflow to meet deadlines and be accountable end to end.
