Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) support. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs and online/mobile banking. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
