Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
  • •Manage all phases of the project lifecycle using EPMO governance standards to deliver on time, within scope, and at expected quality levels.
  • •Organize and facilitate project governance activities, including status, risk, and executive steering committee meetings.
  • •Create and maintain project plans, schedules, communication plans, governance documentation, and executive-level project reporting.
  • •Identify risks/issues/dependencies and develop mitigation plans; partner with stakeholders and vendors to support benefits realization and successful organizational change.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of project management experience, including program-level project management.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple business and technology organizations with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • •Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plus integrated change control and organizational readiness.
  • •Experience using Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence (preferred).
