Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive, timely support for enterprise tools.
  • •Develop and maintain training materials for tools and applications.
  • •Perform demos for clients and assist customers in migrating onto tools and applications.
  • •Monitor and control tools and applications timelines by comparing actual vs. planned performance; provide input and status updates to management.
  • •Create enterprise metrics and assist with testing enhancements as needed, including ad hoc requests as required.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience with tools and applications with direct client support.
  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience (preferred).
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, especially in writing.
  • •Knowledge of MS Access and Excel.
