Own end-to-end corporate actions processing for a custody and issuer services team, covering mandatory and voluntary events across domestic, regional, and international markets. Monitor announcements, validate and reconcile client positions and entitlements, handle cash/FX settlement checks, and support tax reclaims, proxy services, and income management. Partner with stakeholders and sub-custodians to ensure accurate, timely execution, strong client communication, and adherence to compliance, audit, and risk controls.
