Lead US Federal civilian and DoD proposals from pre-RFP positioning through interview stage, collaborating with regional and business line teams to develop win strategies and compliance-focused content. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning, RFQ/RFP responses, and shortlist interviews.
•Lead large, complex, must-win pursuits from capture through interview stage, supporting win strategy development and Go/No-Go decisions.
•Create annotated outlines, compliance lists, and capture/proposal schedules; write and contribute to proposal sections including cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, and resumes/staffing.
•Facilitate and/or review color reviews (pink/red team) and apply debrief lessons learned to improve proposals and win plans.
•Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables and manage proposal/project filing on secure servers and CRM systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related) and 6+ years of proposal experience, ideally in US Federal Civilian and/or DoD client sectors.
•Working knowledge and interest in the A/E industry, including Federal clients, projects, people, credentials, and competitors.
•Proven leadership experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary/multi-geography proposals valued over $20 million.
•Strong proposal and presentation best practices, with the ability to clearly address evaluation criteria.
•Strong proposal writing and editing skills, including grammar and style, and proficiency with desktop publishing, graphics, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
