Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen to clients in person and by phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open consumer and small business accounts and related deposit products, lending products, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Build partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation; assist with teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •1+ years building and expanding customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and generating referrals (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Ability to use sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based platforms).
