Job Summary

Support Dubai Holding Asset Management’s residential leasing team across new leases and client service. Source prospective tenants, generate and negotiate qualified leasing deals from inception to execution, and help close sales to meet revenue targets. Prepare proposals and coordinate tenancy contract processing, approvals, and documentation. Maintain client relationships, manage inquiries and settlements, and run market rent surveys using RERA indicators and competitor data.

•Assist the residential leasing team in business development for new leases and provide a seamless client service experience.

•Prepare lease proposals for individual and corporate clients and coordinate with back-office teams to ensure tenancy contracts are prepared on time.
•Manage client relationship activities, act as a point of contact for contract and permits issuance, and support timely resolution and settlements.
•Maintain sales and customer documents, check RERA indicators, and conduct market rent surveys and data gathering for pricing insights.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•2-4 years of experience in leasing or a similar role.
