Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Americas VE/CE team and lead development of a sustainable VE/CE pipeline.
  • •Deliver yearly Value Engineering and Component Engineering targets for the GBE.
  • •Assess and benchmark end-to-end processes using value stream mapping to identify efficiency opportunities across design-to-delivery.
  • •Establish common best practices and capable tools for the team.
  • •Lead and coach engineers and people leaders, ensuring delivery on strategic initiatives and strong succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master).
  • •10+ years of experience managing, ideating, and executing Value Engineering and Component Engineering projects.
  • •Solid knowledge on PMC and/or HGAS product portfolio.
  • •Experience in an industrial environment within a large global organization, including experience in hardware as well as software.
  • •DFSS Green Belt; Six Sigma Black Belt is valued.
