Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • •Computer literate with tools including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience with FEA and 2D/3D CAD (CATIA experience a plus).
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify root cause, design a solution, and create a test method to prove the issue is fixed.
  • •Experience with product development including design, DFM, root cause analysis, test instrumentation, and data acquisition/analysis.
  • •Use statistical quality tools such as DOE and apply Lean Six-Sigma techniques to improve product quality.
