Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to our ML research directions by applying world-leading ML algorithms to drug discovery and identifying novel techniques and data to train.
•Develop architectures and training algorithms for ML models and scale training/inference frameworks.
•Analyze experimental results and inform future directions while collaborating with scientists across disciplines.
•Report findings clearly to ML researchers and scientists from other fields, and mentor members of the ML community as needed.
•Lead and participate in greenfield ML research projects, fostering diverse teams and shaping the research roadmap.

Key Requirements

•PhD or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
•Experience with ML frameworks such as JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow and scientific software (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).
•Proven track record in machine learning with deep learning, including designing architectures and conducting experiments.
•Ability to mentor, lead projects, and manage people within ML communities.
•Passion for applying ML research to real-world problems.
