Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technician and customers.
  • •Advance through coaching and leadership training to move up within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •A valid driver’s license and a good driving record, with ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
  • •Ability to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home systems (security cameras, smart locks, and home automation).
  • •A sales mindset with experience in retail or B2C/service-based sales is a major plus.
  • •Customer-first attitude and ability to build rapport with diverse customers with integrity.
  • •Ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform extended standing/bending/kneeling.
