Provide timely, efficient client transaction service while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding assigned monies. Deliver a strong client experience, educate customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, online, and mobile banking), and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Participate in sales outreach, help with new account openings and problem resolution, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
