Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to ongoing production of photolithography masks for Intel’s leading-edge silicon manufacturing solutions.
  • •Install and develop process equipment; perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • •Monitor process performance, analyze defects, and drive reductions in defects to improve quality, reliability, yield, and productivity.
  • •Plan and conduct experiments to fully characterize processes throughout the development cycle.
  • •Establish control systems and strategies to optimize and sustain production performance, working across cross-functional teams to resolve process and defect issues.

Key Requirements

  • •MS degree in Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry.
  • •3+ months of experience with scientific equipment or semiconductor process experience.
  • •Demonstrated working knowledge of photomask manufacturing and process technology.
  • •Knowledge of design of experiments (DOE), process control methodology, and data analysis skills (e.g., JMP, SQL).
  • •Cleanroom experience and familiarity with SPC or DOE principles and engineering analysis tools.
