Job Summary

Assist the B&I unit/area management to ensure day-to-day catering and logistics operations run to contract and statutory standards. Lead and guide teams for smooth service delivery, accurate goods deliveries, and strong Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance (including audits and investigations). Support training, policy updates (Hygiene/Food Safety), KPI/objective tracking, workforce retention, and timely completion of operational and financial paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide and support day-to-day logistics operations and the catering operations teams.
•Manage drivers/operations, improve efficiencies, and ensure 100% accurate deliveries of goods.
•Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety requirements; conduct and follow up audits.
•Investigate customer complaints and manage disciplinary/grievance interviews as required by company policy.
•Track departmental objectives/KPIs and complete operational and financial paperwork, including petty cash reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•5–10 years of experience.
•Sound knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene, ISO, and HACCP.
•Ability to coordinate with various departments on quality, hygiene, and food safety issues.
•Problem-solving mindset with strong teamwork and the ability to lead others.
