Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver day-to-day operations and month-end close activities on time and to a high standard in line with service levels.
  • •Prepare and review journals, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and provide reporting deliverables as a subject matter expert.
  • •Ensure payroll accounting operations comply with data governance, quality control principles, SOX compliance, and adherence to IFRS standards and accounting policies.
  • •Support and resolve internal and external audit queries and findings, including walkthroughs and timely remediation.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage escalations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and maintain compliant process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent.
  • •Professional accounting qualification (CA is mandatory).
  • •6+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in relevant accounting, financial reporting, or controllership.
  • •Hands-on experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and controls management.
  • •Strong working knowledge of SAP and BlackLine; Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and advanced Microsoft Excel are required.
