Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain coating tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Conduct preventative maintenance, perform light mechanical maintenance with hand tools and instrumentation, and address intermediate alarms.
  • •Monitor parameters and alarms via equipment computers and machine control panels, and use SPC to maintain process control.
  • •Perform basic quality control procedures, recognize issues requiring escalation, and communicate recommendations.
  • •Maintain inventory for the next shift, ensure waste is discarded appropriately, and provide on-the-job training when requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Preference for an associate degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
