Key Responsibilities

  • •Support independent testing and monitoring based on an annual risk-assessed plan and established testing methodologies.
  • •Develop a comprehensive operational risk coverage universe and independently monitor operational risk trends and activities enterprise-wide.
  • •Execute ToD and ToE activities, including maintaining control testing documentation and demonstrating knowledge of relevant frameworks (RCSA, PRCA, Enterprise Risk Management, internal control frameworks).
  • •Manage independent Second Line of Defense (2LoD) testing activities, integrating methodologies and test plans to address interconnected risks.
  • •Coordinate holistic, de-duplicated independent risk assessment and drive reporting for governance bodies (Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Board of Directors, Senior Management).

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CS/MBA/B.Tech or a Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics (or related field), with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong understanding of the operational risk management lifecycle and issue management activities.
  • •Experience in process governance and familiarity with policies, regulatory frameworks, and operational standards.
  • •Experience in control testing, risk assessment, and audit functions, including within a Line of Defense (LoD) framework.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
