Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily and weekly sanitation tasks to maintain overall plant condition.
  • •Operate the floor scrubber and complete its daily maintenance checklist.
  • •Operate the powered man-lift (rafter cleaning) and complete daily/weekly cleaning lists.
  • •Maintain the Master Sanitation list (MSS) and ensure adherence to quality system requirements.
  • •Comply with HACCP, allergen, environmental, regulatory, and customer demands; work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

  • •Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
