Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end NPI activities using gated project frameworks (e.g., MRL, PPAP, AS9145, ProLaunch).
  • •Develop manufacturing plans, readiness reviews, and standard operating procedures; define production process flow, routings, and tooling/fixturing requirements.
  • •Drive Design for Manufacturability & Assembly reviews (DFMEA/PFMEA) with engineering teams and support prototype builds, engineering trials, and qualification runs.
  • •Create additive manufactured tooling and Poka Yoke fixturing using CAD modelling.
  • •Perform manufacturing engineering work such as detailed work instructions and build documentation; conduct tolerance analysis, process capability studies, and risk assessments; support root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, DMAIC).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering (preferred).
  • •Experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated mechanical manufacturing environment.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • •Demonstrated experience in NPI projects and involvement in new product industrialisation.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly & integration, fuel systems, and special processes (e.g., heat treatment, surface finishing, part marking).
