Key Responsibilities

  • •Process life and pension business submitted by consultants, including online input, chasing pipeline, and issuing policy documents.
  • •Set up and maintain client/policy records on the client database.
  • •Work with consultants to draw up and issue compliance documents (recommendations, statement of suitability, market research reports, risk profiling).
  • •Ensure files are compliant with NFP Ireland processes and procedures.
  • •Handle ad hoc customer requests, manage daily post and correspondence, maintain client files and task reminders, and field telephone calls.
