Job Summary

Own and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Google Performance Max (PMax) to drive measurable growth. You’ll plan and launch campaigns, conduct intent-driven keyword research, manage bidding and budgets, run A/B tests, and analyze performance against ROAS, ROI, and conversion goals. Collaborate with content, SEO, design, and analytics teams, improve tracking and attribution, and use automation tools/scripts to continuously enhance campaign efficiency from launch through ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Google Performance Max (PMax), including other search platforms.
•Structure campaigns and ad groups using intent-driven keyword research; set budgets, bidding strategies, and performance objectives.
•Optimize for conversions, ROAS, and ROI through ongoing monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
•Plan and execute A/B tests for ad copy, creative variations, and landing pages; analyze results and recommend improvements.
•Collaborate with content, SEO, design, analytics, and marketing teams; support tracking, attribution, and reporting improvements while improving workflows with automation tools/scripts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,600 - 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max (PMax).
•Experience conducting keyword research and campaign structuring for paid search.
•Experience writing and optimizing paid search ad copy and landing page alignment to search intent.
•Experience executing A/B testing for PPC campaigns.
•Experience analyzing performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
