Key Responsibilities

  • •Build strategic trusted advisor relationships with senior civil servants, IT leaders, and transformation directors across UK & Ireland public sector accounts.
  • •Guide customers through cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives, enabling adoption of AI capabilities and the Teamwork Graph.
  • •Formulate and execute Customer Success Plans and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) to drive ROI, adoption, and long-term customer health.
  • •Apply expertise in public sector procurement, governance, data/security standards, and ways of working to remove adoption blockers and accelerate delivery timelines.
  • •Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Cloud Migration specialists, Product teams, and Solution Partners to advocate for public sector requirements and support lifecycle delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in Customer Success Management or a transferable customer-facing role supporting complex strategic accounts, including 3–5+ years working with Public Sector organisations.
  • •Experience advising Public Sector organisations across Central/Local Government, NHS/Healthcare, Higher Education, or Irish public bodies.
  • •Hands-on experience advising customers on digital transformation journeys, including cloud migration scenarios and driving adoption across cloud platforms.
  • •Strong familiarity with public sector ways of working, including government governance, data and security considerations, and public procurement cycles/frameworks.
  • •A customer value-realisation mindset focused on health and long-term partnership (not managing a direct sales quota).
