Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with security engineers, infrastructure teams, product managers, and legal to deliver security work through the software development and security lifecycle.
  • •Translate security goals from product and threat landscape vision into granular team tasks, triaging requests and escalating urgent items.
  • •Maintain complete project state across vulnerability remediation timelines, incident response obligations, and detection coverage gaps to prevent off-course progress.
  • •Coordinate cross-team collaboration across security engineering, IT, legal, and customer-facing teams and improve efficiency where communication gaps exist.
  • •Design, document, and continuously improve security processes and operational frameworks, including coordinating incident response and post-incident reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Work from the country listed on this job posting and be based within a commutable distance of your local Palantir office.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex security or software development programs for an enterprise software company, startup or otherwise.
  • •Ability to engage in technical discussion and invest in learning security concepts, including threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and cloud infrastructure security.
  • •Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations, including during active security incidents.
  • •Willingness and eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance preferred.
