Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, tune, and secure mission-critical Linux operating systems across production and non-production environments.
  • •Lead infrastructure configuration management and continuous deployment using Infrastructure as Code.
  • •Develop and maintain operational tooling and automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Go, including integrations with infrastructure telemetry.
  • •Manage Linux Naming Services (LDAP/SSSD) and networked storage (NFS, Autofs) to support high-performance EDA workloads.
  • •Design and support scalable container and virtualization infrastructure with appropriate technology trade-offs.

Salary: USD 184,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of deep systems engineering experience with RPM-based Linux distributions, plus a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Strong automation experience using Infrastructure as Code for end-to-end, multi-tier infrastructure configurations and centralized deployments.
  • •Deep understanding of virtualization and container internals, including Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and MicroVMs, with trade-offs and scalable infrastructure design.
  • •Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Bash, or Go) for infrastructure automation, tooling, and API integrations.
  • •Deep networking fundamentals knowledge, including OSI layers, TCP socket states, MTU optimization, and packet capture tools (tcpdump, wireshark).
