Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Manage operational execution including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales-floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support safe, efficient operations through stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and talent development, and use company performance tools to provide constant feedback to drive improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of client-centric work experience in a sales environment.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision-making.
