Portfolio Leader (Builder People Leader)

Lead a mission-critical, hands-on portfolio delivery team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions in complex customer environments. You coordinate delivery capacity and talent, set engineering standards, and serve as the final technical escalation point across LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration. Partner with Product and Engineering to turn field insights into roadmap features, drive executive customer relationships, and help customers move from pilot to production at hyper-speed.
