Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support development and delivery of processes, equipment, capacity, and layout supporting manufacturing.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for manufacturing equipment, liquid cooling systems, and assembly processes.
  • •Use problem-solving tools, quality tools, and manufacturing methodology to identify and implement Lean and continuous-improvement projects.
  • •Drive equipment reliability, preventative maintenance strategies, and operational excellence initiatives with equipment technicians and operations teams.
  • •Support additional engineering duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, or similar.
  • •6+ years of manufacturing/process/equipment engineering or related experience.
  • •Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
