Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate random physical inventory counts in stores, verifying warehouse organization, product identification, and inventory accuracy to minimize losses and ensure stock reliability.
  • •Analyze inventory movements (receipts, transfers, returns, and others), validating physical and system consistency for traceability and proper product control in coordination with Finance.
  • •Supervise operational and financial controls in stores, including petty cash counts, change/returns processes, and compliance with safety protocols to protect company assets.
  • •Prepare reports, investigate incidents, and implement action plans by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective measures to reduce losses and strengthen operational controls.
  • •Develop and strengthen loss-prevention processes by updating policies and procedures, training store teams, and monitoring in-field to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in Management Control, Auditing, Inventory Control, or Process Improvement roles focused on analyzing and controlling merchandise movement.
  • •Experience with logistics processes, inventory control, and merchandise traceability.
  • •Experience using and managing RFID technology for inventory control and tracking.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • •Advanced English (oral and written).
