Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of global accounts as the primary post-sale point of contact.
  • •Lead onboarding and customer enablement so teams succeed on the Comet platform from day one.
  • •Drive adoption and value by advising on ML/LLM/agentic workflows, leading technical enablement sessions, and creating examples with integrations.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including Python SDK integration and custom visualizations/integrations.
  • •Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities using customer health analytics, partnering with Sales and contributing product feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the AI/ML domain in a customer-facing role (TAM, CSM, Solutions Engineering, or similar).
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM and agentic AI development, including comfort with common LLM models and frameworks/tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangGraph, Bedrock, orchestration frameworks).
  • •Deep knowledge of Python and ML frameworks, such as Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, and Hugging Face (agentic AI familiarity is a plus).
  • •Basic experience working with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
