Job Summary

Own the support, optimization, and governance of media financial workflows within a global Shared Services model. Serve as the functional systems expert for Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) while ensuring clean data integration with Deltek Maconomy ERP. Manage end-to-end media finance activities, reconcile vendor and client funding processes, produce spend/revenue reporting, and enforce SOX-ready financial controls while partnering on automation and AI anomaly detection.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media finance workflows including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications.
•Optimize Mediaocean systems by configuring settings, workflows, and templates to align with global standards and increase throughput.
•Monitor data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP to maintain master data integrity and resolve integration bottlenecks.
•Act as the operational liaison across agency finance, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT, including system training and onboarding for new agencies.
•Produce media financial reporting (spend pacing, revenue status, variances) and support month-end close while maintaining SOX and audit compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services environment.
•Hands-on operational experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong financial literacy across multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills to reconcile, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across systems.
