Lead daily operations for the Post Close Review and Exception Resolution team, ensuring timely and accurate review of commercial loan and collateral documents. Maintain procedures, service standards, and quality controls, while supporting reporting, control testing, and audits. Monitor dashboards and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Drive workflow optimization and automation, and coach team members to meet goals, productivity targets, and performance expectations in a compliant, customer-focused environment.
