Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective management and successful delivery of transformation and run projects by following Global TechOps Portfolio Office best practices.
  • •Lead project planning and demand forecasting, integrated with established portfolio governance frameworks.
  • •Resolve project prioritization challenges and conflicting demands within the PMO portfolio to maintain delivery timelines.
  • •Embed global strategy and transformation tools and best practices, executing transformation programmes using the Transformation Delivery Lifecycle.
  • •Provide project management support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestments (MA&D) requirements and align delivery to global MA&D processes and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project and program delivery experience, using multiple delivery methods including agile delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of technology operations, digital innovation, and enterprise IT governance.
  • •Demonstrated success leading change and adoption at scale.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at C-suite level.
  • •Experience working across diverse APAC markets with cultural sensitivity and regional insight.
