Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute GTS strategy and maintain a responsive product roadmap for European import/export declarations.
  • •Drive compliance automation for EU and country codes, with mainly European focus and global awareness.
  • •Serve as main stakeholder contact between engineering, compliance, brokers, and customers, supporting sales and implementation.
  • •Translate regulatory requirements into specifications and user stories, ensuring accurate localization and validating compliance.
  • •Represent customers in development, resolve escalated issues, and gather customer feedback.
