Job Summary

Senior AMS Support Consultant responsible for L2/L3 support of Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) in an Application Managed Services environment. Handles incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and user support for manufacturing ERP processes. Design and deploy custom forms, DataViews, and IDOs; develop and optimize T-SQL scripts; build reporting; design integrations via REST/SOAP; document specs and SLA adherence, and assist with version upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

•L2/L3 support of Infor SyteLine ERP in an AMS environment
•Develop and customize: design and deploy forms, DataViews, and IDOs using Infor Mongoose
•Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers
•Build and maintain operational reporting and analytics using SSRS, SSIS, and Birst/BQL
•Design and develop integrations between SyteLine and external apps using REST/SOAP APIs; manage data mapping and migrations

Key Requirements

•Total Experience 6 – 10 years
•SyteLine Experience minimum 4 years
•ERP AMS Support minimum 3 years
•Proficiency in Infor Mongoose and IDOs
•Strong knowledge of SQL Server, BI reporting (SSRS/Birst), and software engineering skills in C# and VB.NET
