Job Summary

Support TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) strategy by building and maintaining live performance dashboards and translating data into actionable recommendations. Set GMV and penetration targets for account managers and partners, monitor TSP e-commerce and content performance, and analyze results to improve livestream, content operations, and product assortment strategies. Work closely with a small TSP strategy team using SQL and advanced Excel to drive Indonesia’s dynamic e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage dashboards covering TSP performance, seller performance, and project performance.
•Set GMV targets and penetration targets for each account manager and TSP level.
•Monitor TSP performance in e-commerce, including GMV and content performance.
•Analyze account manager and TSP performance and provide improvement recommendations for livestreaming, content operations, and product assortment strategy.
•Support ad-hoc general tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled University student (BS/BA/MS), preferably majoring in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
•Intermediate SQL skills.
•Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, Xlookup, Import Range, Sumif, Pivot tables).
•Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data processing and numbers.
•Prior internship, freelance, or campus project experience in eCommerce (preferred).
