Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate BIM workflow from design through construction, managing model authoring, design coordination, and clash detection.
  • •Set up and maintain project content, datasets, and project configuration; manage linked models across disciplines.
  • •Communicate changes in procedures and standards to project teams and provide cross-team support.
  • •Develop and contribute to BIM Execution Plans, TIDPs/MIDPs, MPDT, responsibility matrices, and training guides.
  • •Embed and manage integrated information/data appropriately, including handling sensitive/confidential information.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders on BIM and project workflows.
  • •Proficiency in BIM authoring and relevant tools to provide technical support and mentoring to the delivery/project team.
  • •Hands-on experience in the construction industry, particularly digital construction and advanced BIM technology.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, including writing/editing internal and external documentation.
  • •Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology/Construction Management (or related qualifications such as BTEC, HNC/HND).
