Job Summary

Lead Agoda’s financial institution (FI) partnership strategy and execution across Indonesia and Singapore. Own a portfolio of priority FI partners, identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive growth through joint business plans and campaign execution. Partner with teams across Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and Operations to translate partner needs into execution. Use performance analytics to optimize investment decisions and improve partnership ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive FI partnership strategy for Indonesia and Singapore aligned to business growth objectives.
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities across banks, credit card issuers, payment platforms, and loyalty programs.
•Own and grow a portfolio of key FI partners, developing joint business plans to drive acquisition, transaction growth, and profitability.
•Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract execution with FI partners.
•Analyze partnership performance and customer behavior to optimize investment decisions and improve partnership ROI.

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, consulting, or a related commercial role.
•Strong experience managing external partners and delivering commercial outcomes in a data-driven environment.
•Experience working with or within financial institutions, payment companies, loyalty ecosystems, or digital consumer platforms.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
•Fluency in English is required; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.
