Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, qualify, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair YieldStar metrology equipment at the customer site.
  • •Execute planned and unplanned maintenance independently and handle most technical problems.
  • •Diagnose issues, define action plans, and escalate with clear problem statements and technical communication when needed.
  • •Interface regularly with internal and external stakeholders on planning and progress to keep tools stable and performing to specification.
  • •Adhere to safety requirements and perform continuous improvement (e.g., defect/failure analysis reports, post-mortems, and procedure updates).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s engineering degree or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Customer Support department for high-tech products.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience with ASML lithography/metrology systems or similar technology.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Ability to follow structured processes and timelines while working with attention to detail.
