  • •Assess and manage project complexity using defined criteria for technical disciplines, team size, planning horizon, and external supplier interactions
  • •Collaborate across internal sectors to ensure smooth interdependencies and timely decisions
  • •Lead planning and execution to deliver new products or solutions to ASML with effective risk management
