Key Responsibilities

  • •Study dispute files and verify attached documents, including ensuring translations of documents submitted by parties.
  • •Administer technical work for amicable settlement of disputes, attending sessions, reviewing memoranda and documents, and making decisions until disputes are concluded.
  • •Prepare and draft notices for parties to attend sessions using legal methods (general and electronic notices via email and SMS).
  • •Ensure correct representation of persons and companies by reviewing powers of attorney, confirming attendance, and documenting legal positions in session minutes.
  • •Document, review, and refine settlement agreements and insert them into the court system for review by the amicable settlement advisor and approval by the supervising judge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law or Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with at least 6 years of practical experience in the same field.
  • •Master’s degree in Law or Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with at least 4 years of practical experience in the same field.
  • •Ability to study dispute case files and verify attached documents within the system.
  • •Ability to examine representation and evidence, and participate in settlement-related sessions.
  • •Knowledge of legal procedures related to amicable dispute settlement and related court requests.
