Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing and implementing procedures and techniques to improve the planning function.
  • •Support Clear to Build planning strategy and create optimized production plans across scenarios and constraints.
  • •Analyze material and capacity constraints with the Master Scheduler and develop alternative schedules; communicate material priorities with Buyer Planners.
  • •Perform daily reviews of customer requirements and production order confirmations; create weekly production schedules to meet 100% OTD.
  • •Manage production order issues by monitoring past-due orders, supporting invoice resolution, and supporting inventory strategies such as VMI and consignment inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; preferred BBA or Engineering Sciences.
  • •1 year of related manufacturing experience.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Computer/digital skills with Microsoft programs and ERP tools, including AS 400, MAPICS, and Access.
  • •Knowledge of purchasing process and financial procedures, with strong follow-up, deadline management, urgency, and accountability.
