Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution and coverage development to meet milestones, cost, and quality targets for NPI ATE product development
  • •Develop test patterns/flows and debug/characterize tests for pre-silicon engagement and post-silicon enablement
  • •Engage with design, test, quality/reliability, and software/platform teams to plan and validate test solutions
  • •Characterize and debug new silicon designs/process technologies to optimize quality, yield, cost, and test time
  • •Provide technical supervision or mentoring to junior engineers and influence key technical decisions for final product

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 90,300 - 129,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • •8+ years of industry experience
  • •Proficiency with Design-for-Test (DFT) for SOC and strong test development/ silicon characterization/debug experience
  • •Programming proficiency in C++, Java, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Python
  • •Experience with industry-standard ATE platforms, preferably Advantest V93K; knowledge of power and performance characterization and Windows/Linux environments
