Serve as a “Financial Concierge” for walk-in customers, building and retaining consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. Provide exemplary customer service by resolving issues, processing transactions accurately, and educating customers on bank products, services, and technology. Use a disciplined sales and follow-up approach, including outbound calling and referral sourcing, while adhering to operational, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
