Job Summary

Enablement Manager for Agent Reliability Engineers, leading onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing upskilling programs across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud, and AI workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Design onboarding: build structured learning paths and certification programs covering platform knowledge, troubleshooting methodology, AI workflows, and customer support fundamentals for new Agent Reliability Engineers
•Drive technical enablement: run workshops on debugging across frontend (React, Next.js, JavaScript), backend (Node.js, Python), APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, mobile, and AI agent orchestration
•Coach for quality: monitor support interactions, audit tickets and calls, and run coaching and communication workshops that sharpen technical investigation and customer-handling skills across the team
•Support live operations: act as subject matter expert during escalations, identify recurring trends in customer tickets, and partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to close knowledge gaps and define best practices for triage and troubleshooting
•Own knowledge management: build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides, and capture learnings from complex cases as products and AI technologies evolve

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Technical Support, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Training, or Learning & Development with a track record of designing and delivering training programs and facilitating workshops
•Hands-on experience in one or more of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or React, and comfortable troubleshooting web apps, APIs, deployments, and cloud-based systems
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify highly technical concepts for diverse, often non-technical audiences
•Deep curiosity about AI and emerging technology, ideally with experience around AI products, LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development platforms
•Customer-first mindset with strong technical troubleshooting instinct and experience supporting SaaS products or technical support operations
