Job Summary

Lead engineering delivery for client-facing services, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract compliance (KPIs), and timely delivery of agreed outputs. Plan and run activity reviews with engineering, delegate project-manager responsibilities, and manage demand, workloads, and progress. Optimize resources and handle materials/software processes for services, while maintaining risk/opportunity oversight and regular reporting. Own financial follow-up for your scope, drive onboarding and capacity planning, and continuously improve procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure customer satisfaction for your scope and manage client requests in line with contractual commitments and KPIs.
•Plan, prepare, and facilitate activity reviews with engineering; implement project management plan elements on your scope.
•Oversee workload management and track progress with the team, including resource needs optimization and risk/competency considerations.
•Manage risks and opportunities via the dedicated register with regular supervision and reporting.
•Maintain financial tracking for your scope; run onboarding, skills management, missions, and capacity planning, and apply the adapted DDQS process.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
•Master English fluently (spoken and written).
•Rigor and strong organization skills with excellent relationship management to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
•Ability to pilot contractual commitments, manage schedules, and track performance indicators (KPIs).
•Analytical mindset to identify risks and opportunities and adapt actions accordingly.
