Vice President, Commercial Underwriting CRE

Underwrite complex mid-market commercial and CRE loan requests and renewals across working capital lines, term loans, formula-based and asset-based credit structures. Review loan structure, financial and entity information, collateral, and market data to assess risk and prepare recommendations and annual reviews for Credit Administration. Build relationships with lending officers, may negotiate and visit sites, and mentor junior analysts on financial analysis, covenants, and risk mitigation.
