Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite complex loan requests and renewals for working capital lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, term loans, formula-based lines, and traditional asset-based lines.
  • •Review loan structure, financial spreads, entity structures, collateral, market data, and reports to identify inherent risks and prepare recommendations for Credit Administration.
  • •Perform special financial statement analyses involving complex, interlocking relationships.
  • •Conduct pre-qualification assessment and risk analysis of financing requests aligned to bank credit culture and current economic/industry trends.
  • •Gather and analyze information to present requests to senior management or the Loan Committee; may meet customers, visit loan sites, and negotiate loan terms and conditions.
