Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute GWO services for payroll, data, and other HR operations using in-depth knowledge of systems, processes, and policies.
  • •Provide advice on standard HR reports and develop non-standard reports through the service delivery platform while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • •Reconcile third-party systems against internal HR systems and maintain integrity of employee data across payroll, PeopleSoft, and other systems.
  • •Support employee inquiry resolution, including preparing data/documentation for processing changes and answering questions via ServiceNow channels.
  • •Document HRIS and master database process flows and updates; execute Oracle HR data transactions; handle internal audit work and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably from HR shared services background
  • •Degree in a relevant field of study (Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization in HR)
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to accurately bridge stakeholder needs to system development
  • •Strong analytical skills to organize and analyze HR data with extreme accuracy and discretion
  • •Ability to document HRIS and master database process flows and recommend improvements, adapting to changing tasks
