Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate CAPEX and continuous improvement projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and associated contract resource functions.
  • •Take responsibility for projects from securing funding through commissioning and handover.
  • •Identify and develop improved project execution methods for implementation across project functions.
  • •Provide technical assistance and training to maintenance and operations teams to maximize production and support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • •Specify, design, procure, and supervise instrumentation and control system installations, working with vendors to implement smart sensor setup and data exchange standards like OPC UA.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in electrical, electronic, software, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Experience in project management and collaborating with contractors and internal teams.
  • •Experience in control system design, procurement, installation, and commissioning, including hazardous area design, installation, and commissioning.
  • •Proficiency in applying software, PLCs (preferably Rockwell or Siemens), and process control/automation systems.
  • •Full UK driving license.
